Terakeet Named 5th Best Workplace in Central New York

SYRACUSE, NY (September 13, 2022) — Terakeet was recognized for the fifth year in a row as one of the Best Places to Work in New York by the Central New York Business Journal and its marketing partner, BizEventz. Terakeet took the 5th spot in the Large Company category at the awards event held at Timber Banks Golf Course in Baldwinsville, NY. Terakeet was last honored at the 2021 awards, where they placed 6th.
Terakeet’s ranking was determined by tabulating the results of an employee engagement survey that included themes like corporate culture, role satisfaction, executive leadership, training, compensation and peer/manager relationships.
“Our team is consistently working to make Terakeet a preferred place for all employees to grow their careers,” said Chief People Officer Lynn Fraas. “It’s an honor to be recognized alongside the other regional employers who cultivate supportive and engaging workplaces, whether they be remote or in-person.”
This survey was administered by Research & Marketing Strategies (RMS), a market research and healthcare consulting firm based in Baldwinsville, NY. This is the tenth annual awards program.
