Diana joined in March 2019 to develop a project management discipline at Terakeet. Leveraging her previous experiences, including a similar rollout, Diana is defining the PM role at Terakeet along with developing processes, templates, and tools to manage the work we do efficiently while delivering quality results. She is building a project management team that will work with both internal teams and customers to execute program plans against defined goals to deliver successful SEO results for our customers.

Prior to joining Terakeet, Diana was VP, Director of Project Management at an advertising agency, Mower, for 12 years where she developed and led all their project managers from five offices. She also served as the point of contact for the execution of digital campaigns and deliverables and oversaw the agency’s developer team. Diana developed new systems, processes, and tools that were utilized agency-wide. She scoped, defined deliverables for, measured, optimized and managed projects for multi-million dollar campaigns. Diana evolved the PM discipline at Mower, setting the bar for her team. She gets great satisfaction around nurturing, training and developing individuals and really likes building relationships both with customers and internal team members.

Before moving back to the Syracuse area where she grew up, Diana worked in New York City as a marketing manager for national sales teams at Lifetime Television and then ABC Family. She worked with clients and internal teams to execute promotions and manage large, high-profile events to support the networks’ sales initiatives.

Diana graduated from SUNY Oswego with a bachelor of arts in Broadcasting & Mass Communications and a minor in Spanish. She also studied abroad in London and enjoyed traveling to various destinations in Europe.

Outside of work, Diana applies her project management skills to juggling the activities of her 3 children. She loves spending time with them and her husband, going on family trips, taking pictures, and being with friends.
