SYRACUSE, NY, August 27, 2021 – Terakeet, an enterprise search engine technology company headquartered in Syracuse, NY, today announced the promotion of seasoned leader and longtime team member Shannon Reedy to Chief Revenue Officer.
Reedy, with over 12 years of experience at Terakeet, will be responsible for driving company growth by leading the sales, marketing, and account management departments in strategic development, cross-discipline alignment, and operational management. Previously, she was Senior Vice President of Account Management where she headed the development of successful customer programs to achieve business goals and yield desired growth.

Reedy attended Syracuse University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Rhetorical Studies. In 2016, she was nominated for and won Terakeet’s Marc Murray Award, which is given to the employee who best embodies the company’s values and is consistently a positive team influence.
