Fortune Names Terakeet a Best Workplace in Advertising & Marketing by Fortune

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (Sept. 7, 2022) — Great Place to Work® and Fortune have honored Terakeet as one of the 50 Best Workplaces in Advertising and Marketing.
Terakeet has been included on Fortune’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces list for several years in a row, but this is the first time it has been named to this industry list. This year, it took the 38th spot on the list among 50 companies.
The honor is based on confidential survey feedback representing more than 90,000 employees working at award-winning companies in the US advertising and marketing industry. Great Place to Work®, a global people analytics and company culture research firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
