Terakeet Named One of the 2022 Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work® and Fortune

SYRACUSE, NY (June 15, 2022): Great Place to Work® and Fortune have honored Terakeet as one of the 2022 Best Small & Medium Workplaces in New York™. The honor is based on confidential survey feedback representing more than 78,000 employees working at small- and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
Great Place to Work®, a global people analytics and company culture research firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies that best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. Terakeet has been included on the list for the past several years. This year, it took the 43rd spot on the list among 100 medium-sized companies. The last time Terakeet was recognized by Fortune and Great Place to Work® was in October 2020, when they were named in the 2020 Best Small & Medium Workplaces.
