Patrick Danial

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Patrick Danial is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Terakeet. Since co-founding Terakeet in 2001, Patrick has guided the company’s product vision and innovation, co-leading the company’s growth from dorm-room startup to global enterprise marketing partner.

As a teenager he built, owned and operated one of the first web hosting and colocation companies in New York State and brokered high-volume advertising and traffic deals before structured display campaigns and Internet marketing companies became mainstream. He has since developed a wide array of software and technology-based platforms for a roster of multinational clients.

At Terakeet, his leadership and innovation — and continued passion for product prototyping — have shaped Terakeet’s unique approach to owned asset optimization (OAO) and guided the creation and evolution of a supporting suite of proprietary, best-in-class software applications.

Under his leadership, the company has received several awards and recognitions, including:

Inc.’s Best Places to Work (2021)

Fortune’s Best Places to Work in New York (2021)

Great Place to Work Certified (since 2017)

MarCom Digital Media: Organic Search Performance Platinum Winner (2022, 2023)

TITAN: Digital Media, Marketing, and Innovation categories (2021–2023)

Patrick’s expertise as a leader, innovator, and marketer has supported his efforts in professional mentorship and has been cited by several publications, including Entrepreneur Magazine and MediaPost.

Patrick is also passionate about giving back to the Central New York community where he and Mac Cummings built Terakeet. He supports local students in the Syracuse area through several organizations, including Cause for the Cuse (a non-profit founded and run by Terakeet employees) and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Syracuse.

Patrick and his wife, Jessica, also spend time outside their careers pursuing their shared passion for arts and education philanthropy. Recently, they’ve been focused on the development of the Danial Family Education Center at Syracuse’s Everson Museum of Art. They also support LightWork’s’s non-profit work with photographers and artists.

He lives in New York City with Jessica and their two children.
