SYRACUSE, NY (May 6, 2025) — Terakeet, the leading strategic partner for online brand enablement, has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work® for the eighth year in a row. This recognition is awarded based on a rigorous application and employee survey process that evaluates company culture, engagement, and overall employee experience compared to national benchmarks.
The certification highlights Terakeet’s continued investment in creating a workplace that prioritizes people and purpose. Recent initiatives included in the evaluation include the launch of Connect on Purpose, a company-wide program focused on connecting executives with employees in in-person meetings; the launch of a new bonus structure based on employee tenure; a consistent internal communications strategy; and a growing emphasis on product innovation, research, and company-wide education to drive the future of digital marketing.
Terakeet employees ranked the company a “great place to work” at an 18% higher rate than the national standard. This was a 43% improvement over the company’s performance last year.
“This recognition from employees validates our ongoing efforts to build a culture that empowers everyone,” said Shannon Reedy, Chief Brand Officer at Terakeet. “We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but we’re even more energized by where we’re headed. This feedback helps us keep improving through intentional change and keep building a workplace where every voice matters.”
This year’s survey findings revealed significant year-over-year improvement in key areas such as impartiality, community, communication, and equity. Employee feedback from the survey will also serve as a foundational tool for shaping current and future programming.
