Terakeet Named Top Workplace by CNY Business Journal for 4th Year

Syracuse, NY (September 21, 2021): Terakeet was recognized for the fourth year in a row as one of the Best Places to Work in New York by the Central New York Business Journal and its marketing partner, BizEventz. Terakeet took the 6th spot at the awards event held at Timber Banks Golf Course in Baldwinsville, NY. Terakeet was last honored at the 2020 awards, where they placed 3rd.
Terakeet’s ranking was determined by tabulating the results of an employee engagement survey that included themes like corporate culture, role satisfaction, executive leadership, training, compensation and peer/manager relationships.
Terakeet’s Chief People Officer Lynn Fraas commented, “This award is significant because it recognizes and celebrates the regional employers who truly cultivate a great workplace by prioritizing their teams, whether they’re remote or in-person. It is an honor to celebrate our people and workplace culture as well as the accomplishments of our fellow nominees.”
This survey was administered by Research & Marketing Strategies (RMS), a market research and healthcare consulting firm based in Baldwinsville, NY. This is the ninth annual awards program.
