Frank Fallon joined Terakeet in March 2020 to establish our Product Management department. Frank leads the development and measurement of our product offerings so that we can continuously define, market, and deliver industry-leading solutions that support our customers’ growth objectives. Frank is ingraining a product-led mindset within Terakeet’s culture and allowing our cross-functional teams to efficiently and collaboratively solve our customer’s biggest challenges. Strategy, innovation, and customer obsession are core to Frank’s approach, as he and the team work across the organization to help us achieve our goals.

Before joining Terakeet, Frank was a Principal Product Manager at FactSet Research Systems, where he rebuilt the firm’s customer-facing mobile and web platform experiences. Prior to FactSet, Frank spent several years at J.P. Morgan Chase where he shipped digital products to the bank’s customers around the globe. He’s passionate about Product Management because of the discipline’s inherent mission to create things that make people’s lives better.

Frank attended the University of Michigan where he studied Economics and Spanish. He holds product management certifications from ICAgile and Beyond the training room, Frank is always on the lookout for opportunities to integrate the latest Product methodologies into our business, through his interactions with leading practitioners across the field.

A New Jersey native, Frank now calls Austin, TX home. Outside of Terakeet, Frank loves to travel and run, often combining the two activities as a means to experience new places. He can be found participating in any activity that involves water, trying to be a decent golfer, and rooting on his beloved Michigan Wolverines.
